My mom bought Jackie and I a “very nice” espresso machine for Christmas. I have made them in the past with the old one and never have been every impressed, but last night we sat down and watched the DVD that came with this one, yup it came with a DVD! That is some fancy stuff right there, and clearly according to the DVD I have been doing it all wrong. Me being a man thinking I can make a simple coffee, no no no, I was doing it all wrong. So here is a picture of my very nice espresso.
