Of all the times in life to get sick, getting sick 2 weeks after you bring a baby home is not the time! I was VERY sick around this time last year, and this year it seems is no different. However this time I went to the doctor instead of the ER. Plus I went sooner rather then later. I have acute pharyngitis. So 36 hours after some meds, I am feeling much better. I am not 100% but I am getting there. Thank God for Kelly, she has been in town the last few days and really has just stepped up and helped so much! Allowing me to get the rest I needed to recover. I have been trying my best to not get to close to Desmond or Jackie. That is hard, especially when they are both just so cute, all the time! I also have been giving Desmond a break from the camera. However I just got a new lens so that is all about to change! So I will post new pictures soon.

Hello everyone!! Ok so its time to get back to the norm of things and stop boring you all with my shenanigan’s! If you have not heard Jennifer (my sister) has been awarded employee of the quarter!!! Woohooo!! Out of the entire company she is number 1. Nice job Jenn, it comes with a cash award, a pat on the back, and added work load I am sure.

Yesterday Jackie and I had our weekly doctor visit, it went well, we got to see parts of him on the ultrasound, the doctor was a little concerned for the amniotic fluid levels, so we go in for more tests next week. It is nothing to worry about or anything, just something to check on, so be praying for that. He is moving like a little monkey as normal, and loves that mommy is eating all sorts of goodies at work due to the holiday parties.

Christmas is right around the corner! I hope you all are done getting stocking gifts, as it will be a little crazy come Monday night! Speaking of, Bingo is on this year, so bring your bingo face! Mom C will be hosting. I have my bingo gifts ready!

Ohh also, in Christmas tradition, scooter has decided to eat about a 6inch long strand of glass beads that usually hang from the chandelier. We think she thought it was ice, because she loves ice cubes. So be praying she poops it out soon. I guess she thought having a glass eye was not enough, so glass poop seems like an approbate upgrade.

Wow, it seems time is just flying by! I honestly do not remember ever being this busy all the time. From the lack of website posts, you may gotten that clue. I understand things are only going to get crazier, and I am ready, but it has just been insane. Maybe it is the Holidays. Between activities at work, and church and getting the house ready and then getting the things ready for the baby Hogan.

Last night we watched Jacob, he is 2 months old. His parents were in our small group, so we got a little taste of caring for a little one last night. It went well. He had just got his 2 month shorts, I mean SHOTS….yesterday so was a little upset about that. but we got a very small taste of things to come. I realized how much time and effort is needed, its constant. The daily routine of things is about to change. I am not sure how to get ready for that, but love makes you ready and finds the time. Thats what I keep telling myself anyway.

Anyway, all is well with us, Jackie is doing great, the little boy has his head down and is being really good. Nana Millar has arrived from Ireland, and is in good spirits. I am looking forward to seeing her real soon!

Much like Scooter, I got a new eye. Ok so not really like Scooter, but I did get a new camera! I have been saving and selling off a lot of my unused items to get this camera. I am VERY excited at how nice it is, its like a camera on steroids! I hope to really jump back into taking pictures and seeing where it can take me. I am very excited about that. I plan on giving mydigitaleye.nagoh.com a make over and soon have a new site to for you all to visit. As if this one wasn’t fun enough! Ohh and this camera purchase was totally for the baby duh……he will be so cute I had to make sure I had the finest piece of equipment to catch all that cuteness on!

wowza, I am slaaaack, I missed a ton of comments everyone posted, they were pending approval, I did not even know they were there. I am sorry about that. I am still getting used to this new way of doing things. Be sure to go back through some of the old posts to catch them. That will not happen again.

1st off, thanks to Joey for pulling out his mad unix skills to allow me to use this new blogger software, very nice. I am very excited about the changes and look forward to seeing what new things I can add to this site. If you made it in you guessed right in putting the password from before, no more username and IP blocking mess that people were having problems with.
